It’s spring, and we here at Perseid Prophecies (and by “we” I mean “me”) are getting back to our roots in this first issue of our second year! And by that, I mean this issue features a pair of original short stories submitted by authors Scott Cimarusi and Bob Gielow, and topped up with a trio of classic horror and science fiction stories from the public domain.
Why this switch back to a majority of classic stories, you ask? The truth is, submissions were a little light this last reading period, but these two tales are among my favorite I’ve had the pleasure of sharing with you! I take full responsibility for the lack of submissions. I’ve found myself extremely busy over the last few months, and as I have pointed out before, I am the entire staff here at Perseid Prophecies.
That said, I am always happy to share my passion for classic science fiction and horror short stories, so this issue has presented me with a rare opportunity to do so.
However, if you’re a writer as well as a reader, please feel free to submit to us now and into the future!
